My blog was absolutely crying out for a new post which is now long overdue and waiting to be posted while I am pulled apart with work, personal life, relationship, sister’s wedding etc.
Finally I am starting to catch up, so hang in there, I saw all of the shows so far so fashion week reviews are coming together with a trend report...for those who follow me for a while now...you might anticipate my comment: there are the seasonal shows, great quality collections and then there is McQueen. J Post coming up on that subject shortly!
What I wanted to talk about today is the trend of mixing prints. For a good number of last spring and resort seasons many designers are flirting with floral print, bold bright colors, geometric shapes and animal prints but this seasons prints got a steroid boost so now we are seeing it all mixed together – floral print is coming in rich color bouquets and it is worn together with simple cut, floaty pieces in animal print, bold colors AND geometrical print.
More is more seems like this spring ;) Not even accessories are spared of color and print splashes and texture!
How do you feel about mixing various prints in one outfit lovelies?
